Gift Card Terms

1. Gift Card Validity: Gift cards are valid, and we guarantee 100% that all cards delivered by Ecardz (hereinafter referred to as “we”) will be working and redeemable.
2. Gift Card Balance: Gift card balances are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
3. Gift Card Use: Gift cards can be used to purchase products or services from participating merchants, as specified on the gift card.
4. Gift Card Expiration: Most gift cards do not expire, but some of them may have a claim-by date, depending on the brand.

Order and Delivery

1. Order Acceptance: We accept orders on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Order Cancellation: An order cannot be cancelled once it has been made.
3. Delivery: Gift cards are delivered via email. After your order is complete, we immediately begin the process of verification. If additional verification is not necessary, your gift card will be sent out immediately to your email address.
   • If you do not see any emails in your inbox, please check your spam folder.
   • If you believe there has been an error in your delivery, please contact customer support.

Payment and Refunds

1. Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, Apple and Google pay.
2. Payment Processing: Payment processing is handled by our third-party payment processor. Each transaction includes a purchase fee.
3. Refunds: Refunds are issued in accordance with our refund policy.

1. Warranty: We warrant that gift cards will be delivered in a timely manner and in good condition.
2. Liability: We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of gift cards.
