At our gift card website, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless and satisfactory shopping experience. However, we understand that sometimes circumstances may arise where a refund or exchange is necessary. This refund policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for requesting a refund on your purchase.

Eligible Refunds

Due to the nature of the gift card business, after the email containing the redeem code has been sent and opened, we are no longer able to refund your purchase. Gift cards that have been partially or fully redeemed are not eligible for a refund.

Refunds shall be applicable if Ecardz (hereinafter referred to as “we”) does not deliver the goods to the delivery method provided by the buyer. For purchased digital or virtual products, refunds shall be applicable in situations where Ecardz does not deliver the ordered product to the user’s registered email or for any reason caused by Ecardz.

Ecardz will offer a complete refund of the good’s value or an exchange with another good for any buyer if the voucher code or pin has been used or redeemed before the purchase date. The user must show a confirmation from the publisher that this voucher code, pin, or license has been used or redeemed before the delivery time.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@ecardz.io. Our team will review your request and provide you with further instructions on the refund process.

If a user receives the wrong product due to delivery error or omission from us, Ecardz will deliver the correct product as soon as possible after receiving the returned order. For a digital product, Ecardz will deliver the correct product to the user’s account within seventy-two (72) hours after a complaint has been lodged.

Refund Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for a refund:

  • Gift cards that have been partially or fully redeemed.
  • Gift cards that have been purchased as part of a promotional offer or bundle.

An order cannot be cancelled once it has been made.

If a user is finding it difficult to redeem a purchased e-card or voucher code or pin on the merchant’s website or portal, the user should contact the merchant or publisher directly. The publisher’s contact details are made available on the brand page of the website.

Ecardz is not responsible for any technical error or redemption issue on the merchant’s or publisher’s website or portal.

Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, such as a credit card.

Exchange with another good is also an option.
